I had my consult today and the tt will be $8500 and with that he includes lipo on my back area and love handles. I also asked that he do lipo on my hips and 'saddle bags' - they are minimal but I don't like them. In the end I'll prob be paying about $9500. I'm scheduled for October 10th !!!!!

Blood thinners are not given because IF by chance you do have excessive bleeding after the surgery, it would make it worse. My surgeon says I'll wake up wearing compression stockings that I will wear for the first 2-3 days. Before any surgery most doctors will advise their patients to stop taking any sort of blood thinners 2 weeks before surgery and remain off until 1 week after. There are a lot of mess that have a blood thinning component in them and you might not even be aware, which is why your surgeon wants to know all the meds you are taking.

Hi ladies. I'm 39 and have twins who are almost 5. I had my consultation with my surgeon today & I'm booked in for October 10th !! Less then a month away. I'm getting full tt with a bit of lipo on my sides and hips and 'saddle bags'. Nervous & excited !!
