If you want to fully treat sun-damage, you have to make a conscious effort to protect yourself from the sun afterwards. Broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 everyday with UVA/UVB coverage is crucial. Fraxel Re:pair would give you the best improvement. This requires just one or two sessions with some down-time. If that is not an option for you, you can opt for Fraxel Re:store requiring about five to six sessions. Both will dramatically improve your sun-damage. If you find there is some lingering sun-damage left after your sessions, you can get a touch-up treatment or chemical peel to clear any residual damage or possibly an at-home hydroquinone regimen. But, if you are going to make the investment to teat the sun-damage, make the investment to prevent it too.
