You are soooo funny.. I really appreciate your updates. I've read several reviews on this doctor ( who I have been courting to do my surgery) and I am really apprehensive to go WAY across the country then waaaay the BLEEP down there.. but I just keep reading and THANK YOU for sharing - FYI none of your pictures are posted...
