3 months PO now considering a breast lift

You look great- I think the breast surgery along with tummy tuck makes the recovery hard. I had my tummy tuck next week will be 3 months I still swell I have lost 20 lbs however my size is only a it smaller I still swell and the numbness hasn't gone and I can't really twist my body. I am hoping the next month will allow me to get to be 100 percent. I am considering a breast lift/ implant in the summer.

Did you have lipo? I did the hard stuff I have is from that and that will go away today I felt that when I was sitting I had a belly and almost choked on that. I know I have dog ear on one side that needs to be fixed.

Excercise but don't bother with sit ups you had a tummy tuck to take care of it

Okay a compression garment helps with swelling and I am almost 30 days out and am hunched by the evening I was able to stand straight only 3 days ago. It felt good.... Plus you also had breast plus TT so longer recovery - keep taking a day at a time it will be over oon also everyone heals at a different pace so don't compare it isn't a competition.
