I never got to goal weight myself and after 5 years regained 30 of 110 lost. Recently had some unexplained pains and sought a new bariatric doctor because mine no longer practiced. I ended up having a Distal RNY which is what my dr thought. I had showed him the Operative Report. If you have the RNY get your operative report if you can't find your original doctor. Inquire what length is your Roux Limb and see if he will move your Y Junction (the area where the new attachment and the common channel are). I believe the most they can bypass is 150 cm of the small bowel. Good luck!
