I had the botox injections for cervical dystonia 2 weeks ago..it was the WORST thing I ever had done (I've had 3 neck surgeries and this is worse). I can't life my neck at all without holding it with my hand. I have to walk around holding my chin to keep my neck up.
This is sooooo bad I work and can't wait to come home to be in the recliner with a heating pad. I take percoset at night to relieve me of pain while I sleep and that only works sometines other times I am up at night. I got a neck collar and that helps just alittle..I also like the people above would never do this again..
However I am glad that i read these posts cause at least i can relate to others..unless you have had this done you can't even imagine what we got thru
