    I'll be staying by my sister. i dont know the street or area but she literally lives down the street 15 mins from the atlanta office- no turns, just straight. i purchased a new marena binder a few weeks ago. i wear the old & new at the same time. i'll send u my #

    feeling good, thanks. i have my 6 week f/u monday so I'm prepping for that. cannot wait to get the all clear to sit down forever. I'm taking the bus to ATL & flying back. Uma said I'll be fine sine it will only be 3 days away from 6 weeks. i have some concern with my very lower ab not staying in the wrap so it is not going down like the rest of my stomach. but that area still appears to be swollen to me so I'll let the experts look at it. maybe we can meet up when I'm out there. i get in saturday night

    i took arnica & it worked wonders with bruising & soreness but my lupus creates a different stiffness- so i have neck/back stiffnesd from laying on my stomach i also have joint stiffness from my lupus. i'm kinda like a old lady during the winter-lol.

    when i pulled it down i felt like i was smothering. i'll just have to massage at night after i shower because pulling this up/down wont work. plus like my original post said, i have lupus & winter is horrible on my bones. i'm looking forward to getting thru the next 2 weeks so i can sleep on my sides & back because that has been hard also. when ur joints are stiff its diffucult to turn over just to get out of bed
