It does help so much.! Before my surgery I read every word I could in this forum so nothing would shock me and it really did help.. it surely takes a long time for a full recovery but as long as I see daily improvements I'm fine,, now I can get dressed and not think about it at all until my night shower and I have to massage the skin with lotion to try to get the life back into it and that's when I'm reminded of the surgery so our does get better and always worth it... Sweating tonight and thinking how I'd feel if I had those big old things still hang in lol

Recovery takes quite awhile try to give yourself as much time as you need to complete tasks and lighten your duties as much as possible.. Eventually you will be back to yourself but it takes time. More time than I expected, everybody is different. I'm almost 12 weeks and still have allot of recovery to but better event day I see improvements.. be good to yourself,, you will get to your end result in time

My right has hard as a rock section he said its common and takes6-12 months< he said some need a little surgery to remove the fatty tissue but he doubts that's going to be needed in my case,it takes longer for some,my friend had hers 3 months before me and still has a hard spot so don't worry its not uncommon . I haven't had any caffeine at all since my surgery so its not that...I'm still sore and tire easy also but we had a major surgery...and always try to do to much to soon, good luck you look great,,,I love love mine!!!!
