10 weeks new pictures

plummy read the update above,,it is to you and i meant to put it here but somehow it showed up above...ugh

every step of this journey is scary,,,but look at all you have feared so far and you got through it,now all you have to do is try to relax,the hard part is over..I took xanax the first few days and it helped me enjoy my new boobs and my friends that came to take care of me,, ask for valium or xanax and relax and rest you will get through this try not to be afraid,!!*hugs*

it took me a long time to heal to because i had 7 pounds removed and could not use steri strips but 24/7 i tripled gauze and caked on bacitracin on the insisions then the triple gauze and did this a could of times a day and i finally closed up but it did take along time and i had a nickle size opening that worried me,,i dont see pictures on your profile but you can check mine out and see i had the worried openings to but great now,,good luck it does take awhile for some of us i hope you are doing better now,xoxoxo

try to take one day at a time and not fret,,everything does work its way out in time.. Check out my profile and you will see where i started and where i am now,,the end result is what you have to keep in sight!, I tried that same advise and did pretty good except a few times i would freak but so many before me were brutally honest so i always knew what i was experiencing was not uncommon.so try to hang on a day at a time and look for the little improvements each day,,as time goes by you will not remember much of the first week,,i would shower then get through the dressings ( i couldnt have steri strips) and just get dressed and move on because if i stared long enough i would find troubles,! Hang in there and get through this and you will be so happy in time!.xoxoxo(also mood swings are common to,its okay.!)

congratulations!..take one day at a time and look for the slightest improvement in each day and you will get through the recovery a little easier..rest rest rest!!
