Awww thank you, I'm glad this has helped you a bit. My apologies for not having updated for so long; you were able to read up to tray 4 for me, I believe, which was so long ago. I'm on trays 14 now, and just updated my review (with new pics) yesterday, so hopefully it can give you a clearer and more updated idea haha

Yes I was the one awake during the entire surgery. And yes, I was given local but I was also administered IV sedation - it just had no affect on me this particular time. It should've made me drowsy so I didn't really recall getting the local anesthesia, but it didn't do anything to me lol
