I had my BR on Sept. 4 and had the same problem with my scars under the breast. I used Burt Bees Diaper Cream. I know it sounds crazy but it took away the pain and redness.

I am 8 days post op and I have to say it was the best thing I have ever done. Just remember drink lots of fluid and plenty of rest. Good luck.

I had my BR last Tuesday, 9/4. As far as pain I have had very little. My PS had me stay overnight. My last pain meds was around 3 AM on 9/5. I had constant pain in my back, neck and my legs constantly hurt. It's amazing at how well I feel after just 5 days. I have tried really hard to just do nothing and it has actually helped. Remember just because you think your feeling good, don't push yourself.

Thanks I'm doing well. I have had some nausea but doing well. Just soreness.
