If a splitting stitch you will have to go so it can be taken out. It will soon heal once removed if it is. Good luck x READ COMMENT

Could be splitting stitch causing this. If it is it wont get better until stitch is out. If not hot usually no infection. Phone your ps in meantime keep it clean and dry. All part of healing process x x READ COMMENT
