Yes if you weigh 200 then drink 100 ozs of water. Lean protein chicken fish turkey pork beef any meat with 7% or less fat. Read this diet Www.mydukandiet.com read the FAQ SECTION. It really works I've lost over 60lbs. The water really flushed you and gets you lean!
Omg I so love love love did I say love taking pictures! Lol. As for the corset I had a fairly nice hour glass to begin with. But the corset and garment helps a lot. Try wearing it a week straight only taking it off to shower. See if it makes a difference. As far as weight loss try this. Drink half your body weight in water and lean protein. Add veggies on alternating days cut out sugar, pasta, rice and beead. Try for a week watch that scale go down.
