My PS said to use silicone sheets so that's what I am doing. I had an area that was slow to heal and it took forever for the scab to come off so I haven't been using it long. So far it's softened and flattened quite a bit, the color is still pretty dark though. I will have to ask my PS about the bio oil. I wonder if I could use that at night and the strips during the day? I didn't use anything on my c-section scar and that faded to nothing, it was hard to see, go figure.
I'm 7 1/2 weeks and going to start at 8 weeks po once it's here. The one I bought has a really "soft" bounce, no springs. I plan on starting with my feet on the mat and maybe lift slightly off after a few tries if it feels okay. I read NOT to use the cheapo kind because it's too jarring. I was cleared at 6 weeks for exercise, haven't done anything other than walk though! lol Enjoy your massage! Let us know if it helps :)
