I found an incredible surgeon who completely changed the outcome. He was able to perform the revision at my request 7 days after my first augmentation. My breast look completely amazing now. He has over 35 years doing this. He was reluctant to do this so early but agreed to it based on my circumstances. He did 4 things:
1) Lowered the folds below the breast on both sides, this caused by breasts to fill out below the nipple.
2) Increased my right breast implant by an additional 50CC.
3) Performed a lift on my right breast only around the nipple, this aligned both nipples and took out most all of the sag below the nipple
4) Removed a hematoma and placed a drain in the left breast.
This mad was amazing, straight talk, seasoned and produced a completely different outcome, then my first surgeon. Who was relatively young, she was an expert at marketing herself but a poor artist. Most women fail to realize all doctors have the intelligence to make them a doctor but more important then that, do they have a 3 dimensional eye and the sculpting/artistic eye for creating a desired look?
I learned a lot through this process.
1) Doc's opinions on how to handle things are confusing because they are almost always different. This is because the Breast Augmentation is like a piece of artwork and the medical end of it is only a small part of the technique/approach. The larger piece is the artistic mind of the surgeon and how well the surgeon can translate your pre-op situation into that desired result you showed them on a picture. Not all Surgeons are master sculptors. Many are good doctors, most will never be amazing artists, the internet can be manipulated to hide bad results and reviews. The Doctors will logically not post their poor artwork.
2) Don't trust great marketing and learn to place a higher value in personal referrals and the Doctors years of experience.
3) Trust your gut. If the Doctor has a god complex or poor bedside manner go somewhere else.
He's probably not comfortable with the change, he's sorting out how it's going to change the dynamic of your relationship. He's likely wondering if you are going to act different now because of your new look. How will that impact your marriage. He's maybe wondering if your going to use this new sex appeal to attract unwanted attention. Give him time and don't push him for a reaction, let him come around to it in his own way.
