also - the troughs are not there when i am not smiling. they appear when i smile.

but this is not in the normal shape of the under eye troughs i have had for years, the crescent which follows along below the shape of the eye. these troughs go straight down across my cheek, and were not there two months ago.... i have not lost any weight, and i look suddenly, dramatically different.
