Haha you're not bugging me at all! I'm glad to help! I think it was a little over a week before I could lift my son, who is 3. But it wasn't comfortable. It took quite awhile for those muscles to heal. Honestly, I thought the tenederness was never going to go away, but right about the time I had those thoughts, it slowly started getting better. I think I had a pretty easy recovery but everyone goes through it and everyone is different. The only advice I can give is to stay on top of your meds and keep a positive attitude!
Once you do this, you'll definitely want to start getting healthy. I've joined a gym and I go five days a week. I feel so much better about myself. I really wish I would've had someone to ease my mind before the surgery but I just didn't know a lot of people with implants. There's another site justbreastimplants.com, you can join and talk to other women and get a lot of your questions answered. It has really helped me.
