It would have been $5,000 if it werent for the medical reason. I think they can only do so much with the nose you have got! It is getting smaller as the swelling goes down, I am happy with the front now.

I had mine a month ago - it is still swollen I know but I feel that the length is not much different :( And that was my biggest issue. I have to massage my nose everyday to help my nose go down. After two weeks I went back to work, swelling went down more and more after that. after the cast came off i thought it looked good

going ok, Im not sure if I am happy yet though - not seeing as much difference as I had hoped. I have a follow up appointment on tuesday though. Hope you're going well, try not to sneeze!
