Hang in there! The tightness eases up gradually over the first two or three weeks mostly, and then some will stick with you for a while (there are times things still feel tight over here) but mostly it's that first bit that's the worst, especially when you're hunched over. I remember that feeling of wanting to curl into a ball and just stay that way. Are you getting enough help with your kiddos? Funny, I noticed our bellybuttons were cut in the same shape! I would never have realized that'd be like a standard thing for a surgeon. You have the same little triangle looking edge to your BB that I did the first days. Don't worry, that will look better soon too :) Looking awesome so far!

I do after I work out, but otherwise no. They said I was good after 3 weeks. The bulge is getting harder and weirder shaped so I might try to go in soon and have them check it for me.

Looking forward to your pics and more updates! Sorry the first day was rough - it gets better from here on out (especially after the first BM in my opinion lol) T3s gave me a massive spaced out headache and the percs made me nauseous. I've had morphine before and been super itchy with it, but like you say, better to be itchy than in pain. Did anyone recommend Benadryl for you? I had a bottle in case I reacted to the percs, Sharon or someone recommended it to me. Might be worth a try if you're ok to take it! Hope you get a good sleep.

I'm using a silicone based scar gel and some micropore (?) tape that my doctor's office supplied. The scar gel is called Kelo-cote, so he told me to change my tapes twice a week, reapplying the Kelo-cote so that the tapes go over top when they're changed. I think I'm just going to have to wait mine out though. My scars usually turn white or fade away totally but generally it takes a reaaally long time for the redness to settle. Oh well, small price to pay! :) Happy healing!
