Very true, especially finding athletic tanks and such for workouts. Anything that fits the torso is waaay too tight in the bust.

I"m currently a 36D, and will likely be a 36A after they are removed. Maybe I'll be an A- :) I am not having new implants put in.

Right now, I"m thinking about not having any implants. I realize this will be quite a different look, I'll have scars and probably no breasts to speak of, but I"m 50 and comfortable with my body. My husband is surprisingly in accord with this; he has never been a breast guy; I had the implants when I met him. I also don't want to have another surgery in 10 or 20 years from now, as any new implants would likely need to be eventually replaced.

I meant to say the incision was right under the nipple. :)
