Hey Hun thanks so much, which office are u going to?? They should be providing u with 2 garments, I didn't buy any all I bought was my waist cincher and board for my stomach. The cincher doesn't hurt at all it is a little tight at first but as your waist gets smaller its a breeze. The one that I purchased was from lipoexpress and I think it's the best one out there, great compression and an awesome shaper I love it. You can find it on eBay way cheaper than the actual site just search lipoexpress and it'll pull up all the garments and cinchers on sale.
