My smile is completely back and my eyes are also back to normal. It did take almost a full 5-6 months before I looked myself again. Hang-in there! It will improve. I do not recommend Botox use for anyware on the face except for the lines between the eyes above the nose. Only fillers should be used elsewhere on the face. Hang-in there!

I'm so sorry to hear that someone else is having to go through the same nightmare. It has been @ 16 weeks since my procedure and my smile is about 85% improved and I can see the smile back in my eyes. However I did hot see any improvement until about the seventh week and the progress was slow. Don't look in the mirror all the time, it will drive you crazy. Just keep in mind that this is only temporary and your smile will return!! Hang in there.

Thanks Margie for your comments. It helps to know I'm not alone in this. What was the date of your procedure? It has been four weeks for me and I still have no movement in my upper lip. I'm trying to remain positive and hope I will see some progress in the nest few weeks. I have a big family wedding to attend in early June and hope I look better before then. Thanks again.
