Completely understand what you mean about the fat depositing else where. Mine goes to my love handles so i have to be really careful that i don't over indulge too much. I'm still swelling too on left side. Glad to hear you are doing well xx
Thanks for your lovely comments petitemom. I have always been a very active person so I exercise about 5 times a week. I see a personal trainer myself, attend a group training class, play netball and then fit some other cardio/weights training in myself as well. Really when comes down to it the weights training is really important as that is what is going to tone you up and help increase your metabolism by increasing your muscle mass. Cardio training is the best way to burn fat so keep that going as well but my best advice would be get into some weights training and if you can afford it train with a personal trainer as they know what they are doing and can push you further then you can push yourself helping get results quicker. As far as nutrition goes the best way to lose weight is to cause your body to go into calorie deficit so you would need to consume 500 less calories a day (about 1200 to 1400 is good for a lighter weight lady) to lose around 0.5kg per week. The best way to keep track of this is to count your calories. I use an app on my phone called my fitness pal. Its a great tool to keep your calories in check. As far as food goes try and eat as much natural food as possible and include protein in every meal. Anyways I hope this has helped you a little bit.
