I also have to have a neck lift done as the smart lipo did nothing, and yes my neck looks even worse! Paid 7500 for the smart lipo and it was a waste of money!!!! So glad you are happy, but where is the advocate for the people who paid the money and are unhappy!!!! Wasted actually 8000$

Thank you for our response. We know that there are risks in the procedure, but someone should be responsible when there is such a poor outcome....

The procedure is called a smartlift. I have the regular facelift with scars in the ears, above the ears and behind ears and at base of hairline,also under chin. It is the area where the scar is located under the chin that I am concerned about. I will go back and ask what can be done. Thank you so much for all your answers. Is anyone familiar with the smartlift procedure? I just thought the neck would have been included at least the upper part by the jowls?
