Thank you for posting!! You look great! I'm still dealing with swelling and I'm 3 months out...I needed to hear from long term PO people today so your post came at a great time thank you! :)

Thank you Buffy!! I know you're right about the swelling...I feel SO MUCH better than I did before the surgery...and I know that getting back to the gym will help a lot as well as watching what I eat. :) Thanks so much!

I'm still not healed. :( Went in 2 weeks ago and he cut my incision open to about a 3 inch width...I'm still packing it...I go back to see him on Tues...and he will take a look if its not healing he will cut me open more and clean it out on Wed. :( I'm ready to exercise and take a bath! I miss baths.....I'm tired of showers. but, I still LOVE it and I'm feeling good otherwise. :) Thanks for asking.
