I was never told to have any type of massage so I would have to say no. I do however get them at least once a month, and only if I am able to make time. As for post-op it is so hard to say I was nesting 48hrs prior so my house would be and still is so super clean and tidy. I have not been hungry but you have to and must eat and drink plenty of water so I would say to have good healthy eats pre-made and easy to warm up oh and plenty of flush-able wipes :) a back scratcher has been extra nice which I did not think it would be important as well as ice packs. Also I have been using the patches (any brand) from icy hot on both my calves for some reason they hurt, I have been using ice packs on my lower back when sitting/lying down excruciating lower back pain... I did not think I would ever be able to lye in fetal position which is my favorite and I have been not resting well at all because you can not lye flat for the first week or longer, anyway I am finally using my body pillow AMEN...
Giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirlfriend I can tell you right now that PAIN is an understatement, childbirth is a walk in the park when compared to a tummy tuck. However, it is definitely worth it! I am currently recovering (surgery was 23rd of July) and I already see a difference, swelling and all bruised up, I look better than I did yet still in soooooo much pain though. About the hotel, the Marina Inn did not offer 2 queen beds at the time of my surgery there was only rooms with 1 queen bed and a roll out, which I was not about to have my friend whom was kind enough to travel with me, stay 2 days with me and take care of me 24/7 on a roll out bed so we stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites had a fantastic room and even got a discount for mentioning I was having surgery (log onto TheRealPlaces.com). The Marina would have been nice, great view and the rooms looked great as well, however speaking for myself & my friend she was 110% pleased and thankful that she was able to work out and even enjoy the indoor sauna while being on call during my surgery time which was from 9am to 4:30pm. So much to share being that I just had this done, I am still wearing my drains and unable to stand up straight. Any info I can give to help you with a stress free surgery do not hesitate to connect with me, I wish I had known the little info I can give before I had surgery... I actually weigh more than you, worked out yet just toned didn't lose weight at all. I too would say I am chubby, for sure curvy yet I had loose chub with muscle hidden beneath. Which is where Dr. Hegg came in, he gave me the definition I once had in high school at which I thought I was then fat, but now curves are sweet with me any day. I am no longer curvy & lumpy... This is a serious decision and is life changing, embrace it and know that you will be in hands of an angel ;) Take good care I am here if you need me!

If you have not had it yet don't hesitate to email me with any questions, I too did not not tell my family and I just had surgery on the 23rd and I am still healing yet I can tell you I am 110% satisfied I LOVE Dr. Hegg hands down. God really blessed me in finding him. This goes for you too Bootyless, October is not that far away so anything I can give you feed back on I will :)
