Thank you for your comments. So it looks like crescent is out, but I may be ok to have the periareolar/donut lift, otherwise it would have to be vertical lift. I had never realised the asymmetry until taking this photo! I would be happy with a modest improvement, less scar. Not looking for perfection. I find even when my nipples are "hard" my breasts look a lot better. So any small improvement would be nice. Thanks again.

Hmm... I think your breasts look almost perfect the way they are.. I think it is very unnecessary!! I wouldn't touch them.

Personally, I think your breasts look great. I don't think your nipples look particularly large. I think it looks like the stitching has been done very well and as if the scar will go away, which, to me, is very important.
