Thanks soontobesmall. I started walking on the thread mill 3 weeks postoperative, then jogging outside at about 5 weeks. Didn't start dieting until 6 weeks and doing sit-ups and lifting weights.
Thank you I was also not completely satisfied with my results at 6 weeks also. I think doing the surgery motivated me to diet and excercise because I saw good results with the surgery and knew if I lost weight it would be great. I'm not sure if I would be as pleased as I am now if I didn't shed a few pounds on my own.Doing the surgery definelty gave me the boost I needed to get where I've been wanting to be.
