No, it is not. I buy 100 to 200 dental micro brushes that cost about 5 to 12 dollars on Ebay. These brushes are great because they don't drip, leave behind lint or pieces of the applicator, or absorb the bimatoprost. Because the applicators don't drip or absorb the drops I use less and the bottle lasts longer. I also buy Bimat instead of Lumigan. Bimat is the same as Latisse or Lumigan but even cheaper. I order 6 bottles for about 14 dollars a bottles from Canada. This means my total cost is about 20 to 30 dollars for over half a years supply of Bimatoprost with applicators, Hope this helps and Good Luck.
