Ahh so glad you made it through the massage it really wasn't too bad huh? They do get better each time so keep going and thanks for such detail. Didn't know we didn't need more than 15 that's good to know :)

So far good I was moved to a smaller garment and they gave my new foams so I Ben wearing those I leave tomorrow so when I get home I think I will add the waist clincher... Does Salama give us the an board?
