Walmart carries Sweet Nothings by Maidenform. I just bought their 3/4 length capris and the support built into the pant feels like the perfect alternative to a binder for me. I'm 4 wks post op and was getting so tired of the binder. They also have camis and tank tops with the support built right in. So helpful!!

I took oxycodone/ acetaminophen and I was extremely constipated. I only took three a day for a few days. I don't know what to tell you about what pain killers might cause less constipation- my doc said they all do. Wish I had taken Milk of Magnesia earlier...

Hey there. Interesting to hear you may have had that too! Apparently there's an easy test you can do to see if you have diastasis. You lay flat on your back and push four fingers into your middle just below your navel. Then start to sit up. If you have diastasis then you'll feel the separated muscles moving in towards one another. But I guess if you've already had a TT, it doesn't matter!
In terms of pain I used oxy. I was nervous that other stuff would make me nauseous. But I really didn't have much pain at all. Just some soreness. What about you??
