I wore very loose fitting clothing, some button ups and loose pants, nothing that sits on the panty line. As long as you have your pressure garment/ binder initially you will be fine.
What you have said you are pickings sounds perfet, best of luck, enjoy the journey :-)
Hi and thanks for sharing , I underwent a mummy make over about 9 weeks ago, and just loving the new me. It can be a process in recovery but just keep in mind your body will need a bit of time to repair after major surgery. Don't rush getting back into it, I know it can be a bit hard especially if you are used to be active, but listen to your body and your surgeon, as I started back at boxing at six weeks and feel a bit of a twang now in my tummy so have to slow up a little. Enjoy the new you, and well done for taking the plunge.... Not an easy thing to do :-)
Hi Jewel353, I did put a post up but don't know where it went, not so good at it I guess. Hope yours TT went well. I am now 4 weeks post op like you and all went really well. only had my drains in for 3 days, and stayed in hospital for 4 days. You were right, the breast were nothing, only just the healing with itching but that is all. Found I can now sleep on my side which is a relief, and most thing back to normal, not doing any exercise however, as I think that will be a couple of weeks. The hardest thing I found was the pain from the liposuction, not unbareable, but surprised at how sore it got, but found if I massaged two or three times a day, it really helped. Basically I now don't have any scars on my scars, and just a small sore spot on the weakest point in the belly were my body was rejecting the disolvable stitches, so just waiting for that to heal properly as only got infected this week, so expect that to be a couple fo weeks for that to improve. Would love to hear how it all went for you.
