I should clarify a couple things. The model has her shoulders thrown back dramatically. What I like best about her breasts:
    1. Even if she wasn't leaning back I believe her nipples would be above the mid-line of her breasts. I would like my nipples to sit just above midline. I am just learning about the concept of bottoming out, why does it happen and what can be done to prevent it? Since most of my sagging has occured at the top of my breast I never really thought about the bottom stretching but obviously that has ocurred as well. I like her nipple size and projection.
    2. Breast fullness - I would like breasts that are less rounded on top and fuller on the bottom. Breasts that are like bowls with nipples smack dab in the middle don't look natural to me. The models breasts seem a touch flat, I would like a bit more projection (I am not sure if they look better when she doesn't have her shoulders back like that.
    3. Breast shape on bottom half is nicely rounded on my model which I like. I have looked at a zillion (well, maybe not quite that many) breast lifts where the bottom of the breast is oval, squared off etc which is a look I don't care for.
    4. I was a 34d before kids and I am still a 34d after I roll them up (ah, a little humor). I don't want to be bigger than a D. Can this be done? How can material be removed(obviously skin is excised) One Dr. Suggested lipo?

I really appreciate the responses! Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
