not sure what happened to you guys but i had great results with this! i had a very dark thick beard when i started ,sometimes having to shave twice a day, this is the best thing i ever did! im going to explain my treatment, let me start by saying this is not a walk in the park and takes commitment,,the laser used was a candela gentleyag,i would apply the numbing cream an hour before and cover it with plastic wrap,i took 2 vicodin to help with the pain (yes it hurts) the most painful area is the upper lip so i always asked to do this area first to get it over with! after teatment i would be red and bumpy for a couple of hours and my face would feel tender for a couple of days, apply aloe vera gel for the first 2 days and be sure to stay out the sun,a week after treatment the hair starts to fall out,at this stage i would use a face scrub to help it along,in all i had 12 treatments spaced a month apart, the first 6 at $200 a time then the other 6 $100,you must keep your skin as white as possible while doing the treatments otherwise the laser can burn your skin,so keep out the sun! i completed this 5 years ago and once a year i do a touch up as i will have a few hairs that grow through,as you can see from my pic im beard free,i wish i had a before pic to show ,im part italian so i had a very very thick dark beard, you do go through a patchy stage but mine was not too bad i would just shave as close as i could, hope this is some help too you all,
wow you guys seem to have had a bad time with this,i had no problems at all,it took alot of treatments but im 100% happy with it.maybe i lucked out in the person that did it !!!!
