I have never heard of one on top. That isnt really a lollipop shape anymore than. Lollipop is JUST a circle and a line down. Like a lollipop. Above and below would be... odd. Is that what you are having?

I am glad you found this site and this post as useful as you did! I started this conversation just to seek info and to "blog" about my own experience with arnica, and I am so happy that it has become such a huge thing on here. We ladies have to stick together and help each other out with all of this.

I also had no bruising at all, and the only pain pill I took was the night I got home because I thought I MIGHT need it. But then I threw it up and just never touched the stuff again. No bruising, swelling, or pain for me.

The topical is generally for the face, and it POST bruising. The tablets are for surgery and you take BEFORE to prevent bruising.

That is for the actual cream. From the reviews that I read, the oral medication worked better than the creams. But if that is the direction you go, please post and let us know your experience!
