My revision is for a complication, not just a size increase. I'd like a little more fullness, but not so much that it would make me look too augmented. I think I'm just intimidated by the change to high profile.

Im sorry, but it definately looks like Synmastia. Have you tried emailing you photos to a surgeon skilled in this type of revision, such as Dr. Revis, Dr. Pousti, or Dr. Dewire to ask for a second opinion?
