Don't know? They might put wire behind my teeth?? (don't like the sound of that i.e hard to floss) It wouldn't bother me to wear retainers at night. Will post once I know.

Hi, Still wearing tray 29. Ughhh its a drag and they are getting harder and harder to keep clean. Sounds gross but I do wash them properly 3 times a day. Hopefully soon I will receive the refinement trays. Thanks for asking :)
