Hi KMDatl, I'm not sure when you posted this, but you are not alone!!! I have almost the exact same concern, and I too am about 2 months post op of a revision surgery. I have an indent in the middle of my nostrils, which makes the left one look flared (just like in your third picture) I also have uneven nostrils. How has yours turned out? How far post op are you now? Do you still see the swelling? Please let me know as I too am concerned.

Kacee, When did you post this pic? Has it changed any? I am having the same issue/concern with my nose. I am at 4 weeks post op.
