Thank you Doctor. I did have a consultation years ago regarding a chin reduction and the plasstic surgeon told me that I didnt have a prominent chin but an underdeveloped maxilla that was making it look like that. He suggested fixing that. At the time I didnt have much breathing trouble and was worried that the type of surgery was sort of newer and didnt want to risk it. If I have sinus surgery I will likely do a chin reduction one day anyway because it bothers me still that it sticks out. I just wonder if one operation would take care of both things at once ( oral surgery ) or if I should just do 2 less complicated ones ( sinus surgery and chin reduction )
