hi elle! I bruise easily too. I suggest you tell your Doctor so they can change their technique to prevent bruising if possible. Everyone has the scars, and I was skeptical but really love how Arnica is erasing the scars. GNC has it here for about $9 in lotion. It's weird how it looks like it is not making any change then all of a sudden the redness and scars are fading. on working out, how in shape are you? if you already work out, i found I could work out my lower body without any jiggling and then I added anaerobic for arms and core in week two. I will email you more about this later, I am going to drop off my daughter to soccer.
Glad you consulted with a couple docs. I went to Tijuana which was a big adventure, I posted all the details in my blog, but I understand sbout wanting to be balanced. This site is great to ask questions of others so don't be shy! blessings
I am glad to hear your nerve issues are resolved as well as the softening! Often that is the thing we want quickest that takes the longest. i would love to hear what exercises your ps gave you to do if they worked, so I can do them too.
