Hey cwtch your results are brilliant and will continue to improve with time. The first three months are tough, mainly because we expect so much and our bodies are not ready, take it easy and try not to over do it! I still get tired! Tx

The binder is not comfortable, pressure on the area is painful. I was asked today if I am regretting having it done, not yet but my patience is wearing thin! I just want to feel comfortable!
