It just doesnt make sense... Why should u wait? Your boobs wont be getting small in two years, right? What will a 2 years waiting would do? Trust me, its only getting bigger and worse. My family knew for a long time how much i wanted it but always considre it as a joke until I explained to them how much of a suffer it was to me. Then i went by myself to a consultation and my parents saw how searios i was about the reductaion. This is the time to do it!! Body image is so important for young women, and the back/neck problems will only be worse when you grow older. The only isue for me was maybe not be able to breast feed but i can deal with that. If you wanna do it, do it! Don't wait, you are not doing it for your mom. You do it for yourself

Update- In the past week i'm starting to feel pain every time my nipples gets hard. It's a new feeling to me so I guess it means that I got some sensitivity back.

I was a small 34F and my PS removed about 700 grams from each side. I am now a small 34c. In my opinion 400 grams will not make u small as you wish to be. Discuss it with your PS.
