    Just because white people recently noticed Kim Kardashian and Jlo does not mean that this is a trend... Bigger butts have always been in trend in the black and hispanic communities while bigger breasts in white. It might be a fad or trend in white communities but not in the others...beauty is not standard, it varies from culture to culture

    That's not true actually...In the black and hispanic communities bigger butts have always been a trend more so than bigger boobs. If you do a study and real self members who are getting this done, you will most likely find out that majority of them are black or hispanic.

    Spot on SXWallex, I completely agree! While experience and technique of the surgeon matters, let's not forget our own body shape and size as well. And also fat grafting is still so unpredictable, even if the surgeon does everything right, they have no way of predicting how the body will respond to the fat or even the liposuction. That's the risk of plastic surgery. Your body is already in great shape and most likely you'll be pleased with your results as long as you go to a surgeon who does good work on your body type. Good luck girl!
