Drink as much water as you like. That's at least what I'm doing. My lisp only lasted a week for me when I was on my first tray and hardly noone noticed it. I'm currently on my second tray and when I first put it on I yet again had a lisp but a slight one, and it lasted for only 3 days. I wish I had a groupon voucher, lucky you.

Hey Charlotte. My doctor hasn't told me anything about that. It's also hard for me to remove my bottom tray. The first 3 days my nails started chipping :/ To remove it, it's good to start at the back, starting from the molars. So on one side, I hook my nails under the tray and lift it up so that the tray is half way above my teeth. Then I do the same thing on the other side. Then using my thumbs, I gently lift the tray up in front of my teeth. It's hard for me to explain in writing... But I hope you understand this. I hope it gets soo much easier for you !

Hi lexi83, just wondering which place in melbourne did you have your consultation done ? Were they any good? I just had my consultation today... The orthodontists seemed nice but I'm not sure if he really has alot of experience.. I keep getting different opinions and I don't want to have to pay alot and then find out it doesn't work . Thanks !

Hi userinsydney! You're teeth kind of looks like mine ! I was just wondering did you have to get any teeth pulled out to make room for your teeth to move?
