I am going in this week for my revision. It is my official 3rd procedure in 15 yrs. Was implanted with 700cc Saline in 1997 then revised and lifted with 800cc silicone textured implant and finally a capsulectamy on the right to have it reoccur soon after. So now I have very VERY thin skin and no tissue left and the right problematic breast is ruptured. This all sounds terrible I'm sure but I have to add that the majority of these problems did not have to happen had I made a better choice in doctors the first time and did more research!...... But I was only 18 and SOOO naive.
anyway, I am having a lift with an implant exchange (mentor hp silicone-cc's 450-550...jury's still out). I will also have another capsulectamy on the right side again. We are going to use Bella derm too. I have been to 4 surgeons with different opinions but 2 agreed that I needed to use the "internal bra" for support of the implant. That said, I was quoted between $8900 to $180000!!! Wow. The lower of the 2 quotes did not include the bella derm which didn't sit right with me. In the end my price with my chosen doctor was almost $15k but since my implant ruptured, it's covered. And by paying cash I got a discount that brought my total to about $13k and that included his fees, bella derm, hospital, anesthetic and garment. I think your well within the ball park but like the docs said, depends on exactly how much is really going on. You need an idemized quote. The $18k dr refused to break the cost down for me.
