    I went to Dr.Kwan, he's great but not too friendly.
    He did my eyes for me, he did a great job but I want to get a revision surgery because I feel like my eyes are still too small.

    But he has the most attractive prices I have ever seen in all of New York!
    Especially for his experience.

    I wish my doctor would do that.
    You can do this surgery with a laser?

    Hello! Sorry for the late reply! And my doctor did not cut them! He just stitched them, lol, I'm not sure if that makes any sense to you. But feel free to ask me any more questions!
