I would suggest you keep the tape on for longer at night say 1-2 months to reduce the swelling which is what i have done for my rhinoplasty for the last 2 months and hey if it doesn't help it doesn't hurt either. good luck

wow your nose looks beautiful one of the best ive seen on this site congrats! Im just wondering i had my surgery a month ago and i never took arnica but im considering taking it now to help reduce swelling and improve healing? will it be effective
