You look awesome and I'm so glad to hear that you are doing well. I have been so crazy busy that I haven't made time to post. I agree that sleeping without that binder is heavenly. I still wear mine to work and to the gym because I just feel better with it on. Your pictures are fabulous and I hope the VS shopping spree went well.
So happy to hear that you are interested in CrossFit! It is such a great way to keep yourself fit and functional. Never boring, always challenging and the results are amazing. I am in better shape and doing things I never dreamed possible for me. Please let me know if I can help in any way. Right now I am scaling all the workouts to a level where I feel like I'm getting a decent workout but not hurting myself or impeding my healing :) Thanks for well wishes and I am bouncing back much quicker from the C diff this time around. :)
Thanks for comment! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It is a bummer but I'm bouncing back quicker this time. I have discovered Kefir (a probiotic drink that is similar to a yogurt smoothie). It is supposed to have more probiotics than yogurt. It is quite yummy and I'm hoping it helps restore my normal gut flora. You are so right about feeling good to get back into the gym. Those pull ups will come right back. Let pain be your guide and if it hurts don't do it. We worked too hard and spent too much money to damage any of the work we had done. :) I think we both are doing fabulous and it's only going to get better!
Most of my discomfort with the breast band came from where it would pinch my skin under my arm. I also had an intermittent burning in my right nipple which was the implant that needed to drop. My left breast dropped nicely and was unaffected by the extra time of the band. I'm almost a week out of no band and things look and feel well. I would not worry about the implant that has dropped as I don't think the band will make it drop further.
