From what information I can gather, a provider has been identified and will provide services at no additional cost. The details however cannot be released until the court approves. (sometime this week?) Anyway, I agree that this not only a horrible situation for those of us who invested in the treatments, but the doctors and employees who believed they were gainfully employed.
The letter received states to send an email to medsculptreceiver@yahoo.com OR write to MedSculpt Receiver, PO Box 2028, Montgomery Village, MD 20886 to have your name added to the list of patients requesting a refund.
If you know of a way to contact the courts directly, please advise.
I just tried to file a complaint with the BBB online, but could not do so as they ask a series of questions and the fact that MedSculpt is out of business makes the complaint ineligible. Arrghhh! I have a consultation with an attorney today and will repost if I find out anything worth passing along.
