    Beware people...I ordered this last night after an infomercial I went to my computer and looked up the official website and 10 minutes after I ordered it saw in small print by ordering I was automatically enrolled in a monthly rebilling then saw so many complaints on this including one saying they had to hire a lawyer to stop this...so within another 10 minutes I wrote them an email saying I don't want automatic monthly amounts sent then more wisely wrote them again to simply cancel, then put a stop on my credit card within another 10 minutes (still reading more horror stories about them online)...then after 9 am called , as in the "writing" it says it takes 5-7 days for them to respond to an email, and they don't answer their phones they say they'll 'call back" if you choose that option so a man did call back, argued that automatic billing is an "option" and I said, "Sir, it's not an option it's automatic on your site (I believe it must be why they do a "script" if you call as well as this happens as well to the people calling in) and that I am cancelling as they won't be able to bill me...so he said ok he'll give me a cancellation number. I said I want it emailed to me...he said that would take 48 hours...so I said fine well know I'm leaving a stop on my credit card and have already contacted the better business bureau (I had) and there's no excuse to neither email confirm a sale or a cancellation for 48 hours and that his lying about the "choice" of automatic payments is confirmation enough they run a scam situation with their business tactics. Anyway, have to share. I don't know if the product works or not, but be aware of the aggravation you'll go through if you don't want automatic billing. On top of that I have a first complaint in at my credit card company which you'll have to do if you want veracity if these people don't send in a confirm of a cancellation and then bill you anyway a week later, a year later so be sure to do that if you get into a situation like I did and don't read these forums first before foolishly buying from this company.
