don't worry! you probably won't throw up. The meds they give you work great. I had absolutely no vomiting or nausea. they also give you meds to prevent vomiting to take home, and there is also a patch you can wear as well. make sure you talk with your doc and the anesthesiologist on the day of about your concerns, and ask the nurse at your doctor's about them as well. make sure you dojn't eat or drink after midnight the night before. and you will be fine.
i was very worried about the surgery ahead of time, and it went so smoothly and so well, I am glad I overcame those fears and went ahead with it. it's good to do things outside your comfort zone, so good luck and keep us posted!
I love Dr Guida! He is the best--talented, with a refined aesthetic and kind, quiet bedside manner. His staff is excellent. So pleased with my results, glad you are too!
HI CTNJ! How is it going? Don't you just love the work Dr Guida did? he is so talented, my friends cannot believe how good it looks, so natural and yet so nicely improved and refined. A few of them have had nose jobs and are a little jealous of the superior result i got ;)
Let me know how's it going and if that trick with the wet gauze worked.
If you are only 17 you must be living with your parent(s)--what does your mom say? It would help if you posted pictures so we could see what you mean, til then good luck and take care!
